By accessing or using Lumi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including business owners, staff members, and end customers.
Lumi provides a cloud-based business management platform for dog grooming businesses, including online booking, scheduling, payment processing, customer management, and communication tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Lumi offers a 14-day free trial for all plans. After the trial period, you will be billed according to your selected plan. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST. You may change or cancel your subscription at any time.
You agree to use Lumi only for lawful purposes related to managing your grooming business. You may not use the Service to send spam, harass others, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Lumi. We do not claim ownership of your business data, customer information, or content. You grant us a licence to use this data solely to provide and improve the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, Lumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be suspended. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
